Jilly Tyler is the founder of Weeknight Cook, creators of quick, gluten-free, family-friendly meal kits that make healthy home cooking easy. At Dalby’s Delicious and Delightful Festival, Jilly and the team will share tips for stress-free meals—whether it’s a weeknight dinner or a weekend away.

 

Chelsea Goodwin is a recipe developer, single mum of three, and the bestselling author of two cookbooks. In response to the rising cost of living, she founded the hugely popular $10 Meals Facebook communities to help Australian families create delicious, budget-friendly meals without the stress. Chelsea’s mission is simple: to empower households of all incomes and abilities to cook from scratch, try something new, and make meaningful memories around the table.
