The promoter of the competition is Dalby’s Delicious and Delightful Festival (DDDF) / Dalby Welcoming Community Inc.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

Entry to the competition is available to all ticket holders who purchase a ticket to the Dalby’s Delicious and Delightful Festival 2025. Ticket/s must be purchased online via the website (www.deliciousanddelightful.com.au ) by 11:59pm on 18 August 2025 to be eligible to enter the random draw. All ticket-holders will be automatically entered into the draw when you purchase a ticket online.

• Entrants must purchase a ticket online via the website by 11:59pm (AEDT) on Monday 18th August 2025.

• The winner will be announced on Wednesday 20 August 2025.

 

THE PRIZE:

• The prize is a Greyhound Australia 15-day National Whimit Travel Pass. Total value of the prize is $449. For all Whimit Travel Pass details and terms and conditions visit the Greyhound Australia website: www.greyhound.com.au/national-whimit-passes

• No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for the prize is allowed.

• All bus/travel bookings need to be made and confirmed by the prizewinner direct with Greyhound Australia via their call center quoting the code on the travel voucher. Any additional items and insurance requirements not included in the prize must be paid by the prizewinner.

• The promoter does not provide travel insurance for the winner.

• The promoter recommends the winner purchase travel insurance.

 

THE DRAW:

• The draw will take place on Wednesday 20 August 2025.

• Entrants are not required to be present at the draw.

• All valid entries will go into the draw and one (1) winner will be selected at random.

• Each entrant has an equal opportunity of winning.

• The results of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Dalby Welcoming Community Inc reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of this promotion at any time.

• The winner will be notified via email within one day of the draw – sent to the email address they have provided on entry to the competition, when they purchased their ticket/s.

• The winner will be required to present ID proof (via email or text message) in order to receive the prize.

• The winner’s name (first name and last name initial only) will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

• The prize will be delivered to the winner via email.

• A redraw will be conducted in case the winner is unable to be contacted or the prize has not been claimed within three months after the first draw.

• This redraw will take place no sooner than three months after the initial draw.

 

PRIVACY:

• Entrants agree to their personal contact information being held and used by the promoter in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act of 1988.

• Entrants consent to their name being announced publicly through Facebook and Instagram communication if they win the competition.
